Proximo was founded in 2008 by the executive search company Headlight International who had noticed a growing demand for a qualitative alternative for middle management- and specialist recruitments. Proximo’s business idea is to offer a high-quality, professional and personal alternative within this segment.

Today, we are six employees in our Stockholm office. Our consultants have vast experience from the recruitment industry, often combined with experience from line positions. Proximo is a independent subsidiary to Headlight International and we share the same values and methodology.

Headlight International was founded in the year 2000 as a new alternative on the Scandinavian executive search market. That is why Proximo’s consultants never work with more the four assignments simultaneously, this to ensure that sufficient time and focus is put into each assignment, enabling the best possible result in each process.
