Proximo recommends advertisement as recruitment method when the sought after profile is more common and/or the customer also wishes to use the advertisement as a way of marketing. In these cases, Proximo advises on media selection, develops the advert together with the customer and takes full responsibility for the process from placing the ad in media to presentation of the candidates. References are then taken on the final candidate/s. An advertised recruitment process normally takes 5-6 weeks to conduct. We then make regular follow-ups on the recruitments in which we have been involved.

- Choice of media and advertisement content is developed in agreement with the client. Proximo is responsible for ensuring quality in the publication.
- Proximo handles and administrates all incoming applications including any applications that come through the client directly.
Interviews and selection
- Interviews with the most interesting candidates.
- Final selection based on their competence, personality, and ability to fit into the corporate culture.
Presentations
- Before the meetings with the candidates, the client is given a written and oral presentation of each final candidate.
- After the meeting with the client, we offer to take the formal references on the preferred candidate(s).
Follow-up
- We follow up with both the client and the placed candidate after three-six months of employment.
