Mikael Jurke has worked with executive- and specialist recruitments since 1998 at Odgers Berndtson (Ray & Berndson) before he joined Headlight International in 2004. During his time as consultant and partner at Headlight, Mikael was instrumental in the founding and development of Proximo, which he joined in 2011. Before that, Mikael worked in the financial service industry at NordNet Securities. Mikael has worked with recruitment in a number of industries; focusing mainly on Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Building & Real estate and Manufacturing.
Mikael holds a BSc in Business administration from the University of Uppsala.
Helene Sköld has worked with executive- and specialist recruitments since 2000, as consultant at Dufwa Ledarskap and Sight Excecutive and as Head of Recruitments for the education company Vittra Utbildning. Helene was co-founder of Proximo in 2008. Helene works in a number of industry sectors, focusing mainly on Building, Manufacturing and Logistics.
Helene holds a MSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Social Science from the University of Lund. Helene is also a certified user of the SHL OPQ32 test.
Tobias Löfgren has worked with executive- and specialist recruitments since 2004 at Wallgren & Partners, Penna HCM and Amrop International before he joined Proximo in 2009. Tobias main focuses are IT/telecom, Professional Services, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer goods.
Tobias holds a BSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Social Science from the University of Stockholm.
Henrik Fredga has worked in the recruitment- and staffing industry since 2005. His last position, before joining Proximo in 2010, was as Managing Director UK for Uniflex. Before that, Henrik worked many years as a consultant in the field of sales- and leadership development and in different sales manager positions in different industries. Henrik works with recruitments in many sectors, with main focus on Consumer goods and services.
Henrik holds a MSc from the University of Stockholm.
Olof Tydén joined Proximo in 2010 from the University of Uppsala where he earned his BSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Social Science.
During his studies in Uppsala, Olof held posts at Föreningen Uppsalaekonomerna and personalvetarföreningen Dynamicus. Olof has previously worked for Dalarnas Forskningsråd, ICA Oslo, Academic Work and Dalademokraten.
Kristina Persson
Junior Consultant
Kristina Persson joined Proximo in 2011 from the Swedish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Madrid where she worked as a project manager and recruiter. Before that, Kristina earned her MSc in Economics and Business at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE).
During her studies, Kristina was involved in the Ambassadors Project at the SSE as well as in different self leadership projects. Kristina has previously worked as PR-assistant at Jung Relations and as moderator at the Stockholm Film Festival.
