Proximo also offers so called “Second opinion” on candidates when customers want an external professional evaluation on a person in regard to a specific position. This service could be valuable as a last step in an internally held recruitment process or before promoting an internal candidate. This service includes a CV screening in order to assure the candidate’s previous background and experience and an interview with the candidate/s in order to assess personality, values and previous results. We also conduct a thorough reference screening. The assignment ends with an oral and written report to the customer. The written reports includes both a candidate report and the external references taken.
